Credit Cards With Railway Lounge Access in India
8 cards in the current snapshot have a structured railway lounge entitlement. Railway lounge access and airport lounge access are separate benefits. This is the evidence-backed cohort in the released snapshot, not every card in India.
Railway access is not airport access
A railway lounge and an airport lounge are different places. The railway lane says whether the card has railway lounge visits. The domestic airport lane and the international airport lane are read separately.
Recorded absent means the released snapshot says that airport lane is not available. Not verified means the railway entitlement does not establish that airport lane. Missing evidence is not treated as absence.
This page does not name a railway lounge network. A network token on some other benefit is not copied onto the railway lane.
Cards with a structured railway entitlement
These 8 cards are the ones whose released railway entitlement is available. The order is by card name. It is not a ranking of which benefit is better.

Airport lounge shortlist: credit cards with airport lounge access. That shortlist is a different benefit.
How the visit limits are shown
When the entitlement is quarterly, the year figure is that quarter maximum multiplied by four. The quarterly maximum is the restriction the entitlement records. The year figure is the same cap restated. It is not a second allowance.
When the entitlement is yearly, the page shows visits per year. It does not divide that total into a quarterly maximum. A quarterly cap appears only when the railway entitlement records one.
Questions
Is railway lounge access the same as airport lounge access?
No. A railway entitlement admits the cardholder to railway lounges. Domestic and international airport access are separate lanes. A railway visit count is not an airport-lounge rank.
Does a yearly railway total imply a quarterly maximum?
No. A quarterly maximum is shown only when the railway entitlement itself records a quarter. A yearly total is not divided into a quarterly cap.
Is this every credit card in India with railway lounge access?
No. The table lists cards whose released railway entitlement is available. A mention of railway lounges in other card text does not add a card. Cards outside this snapshot are not claimed either way.
