DreamFolks discontinued domestic airport lounge services in India
What happened
DreamFolks Services told the BSE and NSE on 16 September 2025 that it had discontinued domestic airport lounge services to its clients, following an earlier disclosure on 29 August 2025 that the change was under consideration. Travel Food Services, Adani Digital and Semolina Kitchens each ended their agreements effective 15 September 2025, and Encalm Hospitality exited in November 2025. The company said the impact was material, and that its other domestic services and its global lounge business continued.
What it means for your card
This update does not by itself establish that a card's lounge entitlement changed. Issuers may continue lounge access through other networks or direct arrangements. Check the card's current terms for visit limits, spend requirements and participating lounges, and confirm the lounge on your travel date.
Staged rather than instantaneous: operator agreements ended from 15 September 2025, DreamFolks' own discontinuation was disclosed on 16 September 2025, and Encalm exited in November 2025.
